About The Baker
Since Alexandria Calma can remember she was always in the kitchen with her Gaga and Mother cooking and baking. She found her passion early on for creating tasty and aesthetically pleasing food. She was taught the basics of baking from her Gaga and began studying in her spare time the art of decorating.
She was able to work on her technique and style while creating unique works for her five younger siblings and family. While deployed in 2021 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve she created a book of techniques and recipes to work on when she arrived home. In 2022 she started Magnolia Baking Co. while attending her final semesters of college. Alexandria is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in History and an active member of the Alabama Army National Guard.
