- Custom orders should be placed at a minimum of 14 days prior  (3/4 weeks out as of right now) to the event to ensure availability

-  In your initial message please include the date you wish to pick up/ event date, theme, style, colors, names, size, event type, and a picture (if applicable) of style you are looking for. 

•please note that a formal sketch will not be created until the order is confirmed•
