Magnolia Baking Co. loves Weddings/Special Events and being a part of your special day! I offer clean and unique styled buttercream wedding cakes decorated with real flowers, gum paste details, and buttercream accents.

Weekend spots fill up quickly and need a decent amount of notice to ensure availability.
Dates are not held until a contract is signed and a deposit is placed.

There are four steps to be completed when ordering for your special day!
- Fill out inquiry form
- Schedule a tasting box for pick-up
- Decide on a flavor, cake style, cake size, any added desserts, and schedule a phone consultation
-Sign your contract and pay deposit
(full payment is due no later than three weeks prior to event)
Delivery and Set Up
Delivery and Set Up is required for all Wedding cakes of two tiers or more and single tiered cakes that have flowers or fondant and gum paste details.
- Delivery within 10 miles of my kitchen is free but a set up fee is still required.
- COMBAT VETERANS getting married in 2025 will receive free delivery within 20 miles from my kitchen and a set up fee of $55.
- Cake deliveries are charged a fee of 70 cents per mile round trip (the standard 2025 milage fee) to cover gas and milage, as well as an standard set up fee of $75.
- If your venue is 4 or more hours away round trip it will be considered for Out of Town Delivery. For every hour after four hours there will be a charge of $45 added to the total amount.
- Holiday Weddings: Depending on availability for Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, and Halloween there is an upcharge of 20% of the cake price.
